Hello everyone, today I will talk about one of my hobbies, the pastry-making. I am a cake lover and this love was born by my mom, she always liked to make sweets recipe and search new cooking tools, although she wasn't my cooking teacher when I was child, my grandmother was the person who taught me to cook. My first recipe was a cake, I don't remember how it ended, maybe I burned the cake and left it like a coal, but I like to think what the cake ended delicious. Then my mom taught me how to make sponge-cakes. And for a long time this two recipe was every I knew about cooking. Until one day I wanted to learn how to make cookies and until today I don´t stop to search new recipes to make. But I had not tried many recipes because I study a lot, although in the quarantine I was creativity with food. When I was a child, I hated beetroot, until today I dislike sweet and salty taste of the beet salad, although I eat it but unwillingly. For this reason, I search way for eat beet and I found many recipes, I was shocked. Since this moment, my favorite beet recipes was the brownie and "pink-waffles".
